190th Kings Age, Free Year 12, Day 155-161

The young Dragonborn revealed himself to be Marcus. An Alfredo and old companion of Craig's. He offered his services in exchange for letting Sheila, the Fire Fang mercenary, go. After the end of the trip. We were met at the gates of Urik by Craig who had just arrived from Tyr, and before that Alfred. United again, we went into the city to begin our investigation. Marcus directed us to Perispus. A gnome, and the man to talk to to locate Lord Jarvi.
Our first meeting with Persipus remained civil and we gained his trust, yet were no closer to finding Jarvi.  We devised a plan to follow him and find out where he goes when he's not working.
Persipus goes drinking at an elite bar in an obsidian tower. We figured it would be best to talk to him there, but first we had to make ourselves well-to-do. Selene and Marquis were chosen to go. They dressed up nice and Marquis bought a slave. They managed to get inside and eventually talked to Persipus.
Selene & Marquis successfully lured him back to a hotel where the rest of the group was waiting. Selene tied him a bed and the rest of us came in and jumped in.
He revealed that the person that everyone think's is Jarvi is not actually Jarvi though Persipus doesn't know how that's possible. Jarvi is actually is the town of High Sun, seat of the C'Bologo estate. Persipus communicates through a special orb, which he has, unwillingly agreed to bring us to...

190th Kings Age, Free Year 12, Day 154-157

After regrouping in Tyr and meeting with House Beryl,  we have decided to change our strategy and head to Urik to investigate the doings of Jarvi Stalsthorn head on. We are making the journey by foot.
After a few days, we noticed that we were being followed. However, when night came on the third night, they managed to ambush us even with Arcadius keeping watch.
It was dwarves and a dragonborn. We managed to defeat the dwarves and had the dragonborn in submission when another dragonborn showed his face. He is a small dragonborn, but bears a striking resemblance to our companion Craig. He pleaded for us to not kill the other dragonborn...

190th King's Age, Free Year 12, Day 151-153

&nbsp We arrived at Stalsthorn Manor without problem, and even got inside. However, conversation quickly went sour once it was revealed that we were the Misfits... AKA this exact manor's escaped slaves, who defied Jarvi Stalsthorn and then later tore the arms off of a Stalsthorn messenger. All we managed to do was confirm that the mercenaries are the Firefangs.
&nbsp We set up camp north of the manor and attempted to infiltrate it, but our plans continuously failed and resulted in a fight on the roof from which we had to flee. The place is chocked-full of armed men.
&nbsp We are now going back to Tyr to regroup and figure out a new plan.

190th King's Age, Free Year 12, Day 146-150

While investigating the murder of the leader of House Kuo-Za,  we've run into a problem. While it is apparently some kind of dark beast that has had a hand in the murder, the memories of all those around the event have been wiped. We must restore the memory of some of the Thri-Kreen guards to figure out what happened.  To do this, we enlisted a wizard that takes residence in one of the merchant houses in Tyr.
After fetching a staff for this wizard, he agreed to help. During the event, we found out that the old man that was seen in the gardens of Kuo-Za-Grin Manor was actually some kind of daemon. The daemon infected one of the guard's of house Kuo-Za's. This guard ultimately killed the house Head with a conjured blade.
The wizard also detected, in the ritual, a dark entity that is within Marquis. We don't yet know how to exorcise this dark power.
We went on to figure out what to do next. Whilst in the Warrens, Arcadius learned that the Toothcutters are in bad shape since our time in the Shadowfell. The next day, when he went to find out how he could help, he was jumped by Iron Rats. They beat the living shit out of him and took him captive. The rest of us had to save him the next day. We met with the Toothcutters and left with the elf Bibly and two others to free the Toothcutter prisoners.
After an intense fight in which Bibly and another elf died, we defeated the Muls and freed Arcadius. However, once we returned to the Toothcutter hide-out, Endok revealed that he cannot trust us, as a team, due to the fact that we demanded money each step of the way and denied fallen Toothcutters a proper burial. So we have been sent on our way.
The next day, house Kuo-Za had a public conference with King Tithian. We attended. Irla demanded that the King needs to stop the dark forces that murdered her husband from entering the city. Ultimately, house Kuo-Za threatened to leave the city entirely. The event wound up the crowd and threats and complaints were thrown at the King and his Elven advisor, who some people associate as an evil witch. The crowd began to riot, and that's when the rats showed up.
Seemingly out of nowhere, rats filled the already packed royal chamber. We left with Shoz and the rest of House Beryl. After meeting at House Beryl for the first time, we decided that we would find out what is going on as Stalsthorn Manor outside of town. There are reports that a gang of mercenaries, possibly the Firefangs, have entered the manor and are doing something there.
